STATIKIL PE is the bio-based and bio-preferred anti-stat fluid, which eliminates charges on PE pipe increasing surface conductivity. By increasing surface conductivity, static is dissipated into the air and surrounding ground without allowing buildup and potential discharge. This product is freeze-protected to -10 degrees F, and is 100% biodegradable, non-toxic and non-explosive. STATIKIL PE contains a non-toxic pigment to ensure complete coverage and product verification of coverage of piping in the work area.
Eliminates need for bulky burlap or pipe wraps, keeping the work area clear of possible trip hazards.
STATIKIL PE has been tested by independent laboratories and meets or exceeds all required ASTM, MIL and NFPA specifications for surface resistivity and static decay.
